Right now I am listening to ...

If you have no aversion to pop/electro/romantic songs; these are some peppy/happy songs which I had on my PC in mp3 format to listen to while working. :)

Bill Withers - Lovely Day
Louise Armstrong - Wonderful World
SWV - Right Here
Ben King - Stand by me
Corey Hart - Never Surrender?
Various - Thats what friends are for
Pink Floyd - Learning to fly
Johnny Nash - I can see clearly now
Tom Petty - I wont back down
James Brown - I Feel Good
Bobby McFerrin - Dont Worry Be Happy
Marvin Gaye - Ain't No Mountain High Enough
Beatles - Here comes the sun
Bob Marley - Everything gonna
Daft Punk - Better Faster Stronger
SWV - Right here
Rod Stewart - forever young

Regards

dont worry about it being pop or hip hop or trance etc. its all music and each to their own. whatever rocks your boat. and theres some nice music in your playlist

Joshua, those are nice compositions. I do listen to western classical but honestly don't understand finer technical aspects of the music.

Afj, indeed music is subjective. These days I hardly listen to any music. Some Indian classical and Hindi film music occasionally.
I would add Steve Winwood's 'Roll with it' to the above list. Nice lyrics. :)

Regards.

Guys check him out. Amazing vocals and some great music.

Recommendation from a friend and since I heard him I've been hooked on as well.

It's country, but not the typical country flavor or even lyrics. You could even say rock or roots rock with a country streak.
