Listening to this entire song sends shivers down my spine like no other song. It's probably one of those most powerful moments in music history. Just pure eternal joy. In my top 15-20 songs of all time! Sadly these guys disbanded early this year..

^^ I listened to them live at a 6 Band event here 2 weeks back. "Masala Coffee" and another band called "Thakara" really come alive in the live format. Some of these homegrown crossover bands are really good!

Edit: They will likely play in, or close to your location, some time or the other soon. They play outside India fairly often. You should try and catch them playing live.

I heard Masala coffee on music mojo, kantha is a beauty to listen.

Ben Harper - Welcome To The Cruel World

After a gap of 15 years listened to this album. Never knew I had the CD; found it in one of old boxes that was used when I shifted back to India.
Most of the tracks are delightful to those who love strings.
Tracks "Whipping Boy" "Waiting On An Angel" "Welcome To the Cruel World" were hair raising. Got to start collecting the rest of his albums.

Cheers,
Raghu
