Samsung BD-F6500 @ Rs.9300 a good buy ? It is 3D enabled Blu-Ray Player with built in WiFi and has a dual core processor! I will be connecting it to my new Samsung Plasma 51F5500 and also have choice to use it with my old non 3D LED .. making it smart tv!

Please help me about its pricing and if any better option available ?

Better go for Sony S4100, with same/ similar configurations, and you will get 5 nos of 3D titles free. Price is same. Look for more details in another thread.

Comparing both Samsung and Sony---- Both are feature rich and look very advanced but build quality is not that great! Samsung has WiFi built in, while Sony Supports USB WiFi. Also think (experience with other products of Sony and Samsung) Sony might be supporting lesser video formats!

In the end I have to connect the BluRay with Samsung Plasma. So obviously Samsung BluRay has to be more compatible with it.

Both are similarly priced. Free 3D tittle makes Sony deal much better but one has to see if those 5 tittles are good films and not just a 3D collection for giving Demos to friends and visitors.

yes.think so,In the end I have to connect the BluRay with Samsung Plasma.thanks

Its better to go with your TV brand (Sony/Samy/Pana). Because most of the TV remote supports the BDP also.

I don't think that should be driving your decision. I have a Sony BDP and a Samy TV. My Samy TV remote can control both the Sony BDP and TataSky Set-top box. So essentially I can manage all the three with the TV remote.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
