Guys,
Why it's a shocker? During the Diwali time, I negotiated the price with Adishwar ( Bangalore ) to 72k. E-zone offered me same model for 80k with a a small LCD TV ( 14k worth ) & an E-zone employee immediately offered 10k for that small LCD

.
Regards,
Manoj
I quite agree that prices are all subject to Negotiation (and sometimes Desperation

) Skills -but the reason for my skepticism is because
1- The average sales of this model so far is maximum ,if that,5 per month/store (Chennai numbers- info from about 20 stores around here) and the Hyderabad store has a stock of 20+.
I know it is deepavali but kinda seems very optimistic on the store's part
2 - The hyderabad stores seemed unaware of the price being offered by their own store
Could be a high level decision by the owner/son - but I stayed on the line till I spoke to the store in charge and he was still not going below 93 or so.
3 - I offered to pay (@ Hyderabad OR Chennai) in cash for the same price ( leave alone the ebay %, paisapay credit card %, etc...) and was told to only purchase it online
I truly can't reason this one out.
4 - I was quite sincere and insistent about this offer and I was going to buy another smaller 26/32 for my bedroom as well - I left my number with them for Mr Vaibhav to call me -but am yet to hear from them. (Usually when you promise to buy 2 TVs for around 1L , folks respond asap).
I am merely looking for someone to shoot holes through my theories and prove me wrong so that I can buy it NOW and enjoy watching it by next weekend - so please feel free to decimate my logic and arguments
