Really don't want to hijack original FM thread and will be thankful if FM allow me to use his thread.
Presently I am streaming Tidal, Spotify from laptop desktop application through laptop and Denon AVR 2113 HDMI port. Is there any other solution which can work easily, flowlessly with improvement in sound quality. AVR have inputs like Co-axial , optical, HDMI and RCA. I have also connected Sony 55x9000E through HDMI ARC connection. Streaming music from TV will improve sound quality than that of laptop. Will also consider stand alone streaming box with above mentioned output.
While streaming Spotify, AVR used it's built in DAC which certainly improve sound quality over laptop DAC ( AVR have built in Spotify app ). But while streaming Tidal ( No built in Tidal app), laptop uses it's in-built DAC and AVR is use for later processing. How shall I bit stream Tidal from laptop.
