Is anyone using this? Would appreciate opinions and help in deciding.

Am getting a sealed piece for 20K. Is it worth buying.

Good spec for the price. In short a close competitor for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 trading around 19k

pros:
+ nice/super display
+ very decent battery backup

cons:
- weight (should not be a concern for this model)
- OS version
- HDMI out

unknowns:
? Is OS upgrade available. Make sure you can upgrade to JB, its superfast.
? Is Google App Store available - One of my friend has HCL Me U1 which does not have it
? Will it play MKV - It should but just make sure
? pouch or carry case - These gadgets need good carry case which are additional accessories that might pinch your pocket
? will the display fade in bright light (not to worry if you are going to use indoor)

This festival (Nov/Dec) there are bunch of tablet launches - Nexus 7 upgraded, ipad mini, something from Acer, MS tablet etc that are likely to be in the same budget you may want to consider.

OS upgarade is available, according to Sony site. As for JB, I need to check.
App store is available.
Not sure of MKV, but don't really need it.
Pouch or case - will get it.
Display is fantastic even in bright light. I checked the 7" model and not this one.

Finally, the MRP is Rs. 29,900 and I'm getting a sealed piece at 20K. Looks attractive. Guy has only one piece. I think I'll take it.

If you like it then buy it ....because the mobile and tablet market has no stability ....softwares and OS is changing almost everyday.......recently bought a Sony Xperia Neo L and like it for the price..........

Did you buy the sony SGPT113 ? Are you happy with it ? I'm seriously considering it over samsung galaxy tab 2 and some asus models.
