I have my LED TV, Tata Sky HD+, modem and PS4 connected to some wall sockets served by a 1600 VA inverter. When there is a power outage, the TV and Tata Sky box continue to work uninterrupted, but the PS4 dies.

I suspect the best solution is to install a direct mains socket and use a UPS for the PS4, but this has an electrician dependency, and also the electrician will roll his eyes as I had bugged him for many days to make the sockets there inverter-enabled in the first place.

Is it safe to connect a stabilizer or CVT to this inverter-controlled socket for the PS4? If so, which device/model?

i have my TV (50VT20), tata sky STB, media player connected to UPS (APC 1.1kVA, on exide batteries). PS4's also connected to it via a spike guard. although never had an outage while using the PS4, but had a few when watching TV. the UPS took care of it. the TV is also connected to the inverter, but during outage it used to switch off & then on when inverter took load. with the UPS added in the chain, it longer does that and doesnt switch off.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
