sticky needed for first 100-200 hours of new plasma

Hi - i request the seniors to please start a sticky on what to do in the first 100-200 hours. In few posts I have seen people mention on things like everything under 50 for first 200 hours, running slides...etc.

But for laymen - please start a sticky with all the advice in simple English. My 50XT50 was installed today and want to take all precautions possible.

in case such sticky exists - please let me know

first 100 hour precaution is more than enough bcoz newer tech,image burn is minimal...but image retention is serious concern and exists for 2-8 sec..sometimes irritates upto few mts... samsung has more retention than lg...

Two things that I think may lead to image retention is(a) Channel name (b) tata sky logo which is always there even if I move channels.

So watching tata sky for a hour continously is not a good thing?
