40K budget is a bit higher side for 32 inch tv's nyways.. at this price.
go for either Samsung EH5330 or Sony 32EX520

Hi,
my suggation is for you
1. LED
2. 32 inch
3. For bedroom
4. 7 feet viewing distance
5.only Full HD (1920X1080)
6. use set top box -Vidiocone HD
7. In your Budget you can see cinema 3D LED TV (LM 3410) Price is 40K

Dont buy a 3D TV for 32 inch. Its absolutely waste of money. Also LG LM3410 is HD ready so ur 3D viewing would be not so good. You wont be enjoying much.
Always buy a TV which has better 2D (Standard+High Definition) Quality as this will be used by you the most.

As per Infibeam Prices
Sony 32EX650 - 44k
Sony 32EX520 - 42k
LG 32LS5700 - 41k
Samsung 32EH5330 - 38.3k

Better go for Samsung 32EH5330 as pricing is good at infibeam for this model . plus it has COD + FREE SHIPPING + 30 Days Replacement Guarantee

Do a demo of 32EH5330 at your nearest shop and I am sure you wont be dissapointed

But at this budget of 40k if you want 42 inch den better go for plasma

at 40k you can easily get samsung/panasonic 42 inch plasmas......why settle at 32 inch.
and toshiba 40 inch lcds also at 42k.
at 7 ft distance 42 inches looks fantastic.
if want to stick at 32 inch..must not waste money and buy a semi hd lcd any sony 32 inch semi hd at 25k..............

experiment all of the above and decide according to your picture liking

+1 here. Buy a semi-HD 32" LCD (not even an LED) or go for a 42" semi-HD plasma. Believe me, a 32" FHD does not make any difference. Go and have a demo and you will see for yourself. The only things is that the mind is playing tricks on you and telling you that you are not buying the best.

Thanks friends,
I am taking panny 42ST50 plasma for living room. For bedroom, i felt 42 inch to be little too big. But surely i shall go for HD ready, but not full HD.
Among sony, LG, panny----which has the best picture for SD TATA sky viewing?

best is demoing 32 inches with sd channels...in the showrrom.or just for sd content 21 crt at 8k is not bad either...no joke intended.

You could go with a basic LCD. No need to buy an expensive LED. You could go for a Sony Bx or Cx series. Minimum 2 HDMI ports are required/desirable.

If I want to watch HD Nat geo channel on TATA sky and I have 2 TV'S (32 inch)...one is Full HD and other only HD ready, Whats real life difference in picture quality if I am watching from 7feet distance?
