Best option will be to view the various models in showroom, side by side.
- Check with SD source
- Check with HD (DTH) source
- check with blu-ray source
- Change picture settings to normal (showroom pic settings are set as dynamic/vivid)
Go with the best model that fits in the budget. In my opinion, 32" is a size that is just a replacement for 29" CRT. I have not seen any significant difference in performance when watching DTH, especially SD. Even with blu-ray, the LED was not miles ahead. Hence the higher price of LED in this size is not justified. Save money now, and keep the money for a future/larger second TV for living room. On the other hand, if this is already a second TV, why spend too much?
