I recently purchased Hisense 43A6H at ₹20.5K in Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale.

Currently I have only TATA Play Set Top box connected to HDMI port (enhanced HDMI settings enabled)
Also all are SD channels. No HD channels.
I use FHD and 4K content from YouTube, Kodi app, pen drive and Hard Disk.
Picture settings automatically switches to FILMMAKERS mode when playing any HDR content.
Currently all settings are default but only changed backlight (5-10-20-100 changed on night, day and for HDR content), Colour temp (warm, cool).
Using Picture settings are in "Calibrated" mode, backlight - 10, temp - warm.

I tried changing settings according to this site.
But it seems that settings differ in that global TV compared to Indian TV.
I will update this thread with picture and audio settings images for more clarity.

Hisense A6H [A6, A65H] Calibration Settings
We used the following calibration settings to review the 65-inch Hisense A6H (65A6H), and for the most part, we expect them to be valid for the 43-inch (43A6H), 55-inch (55A6H), and the 75-inch (75A6H) models as well.
