I think Schiit Bifrost at $350 is a great DAC and has some really good reviews.
But i dont know if you can demo/buy it in India yet.

Schiit Bifrost would be $450 with the USB input and even at that price, it is worthwhile to take a risk .. I am considering one myself....

Yes .It has got a Coaxial and Optical IN . I assume the WD TV has one of these outpout .
