On a serious note, Capt. are you visiting that town? If he or you or anyone else can courier the box to me, I can distribute to the FMs who booked them at my cost. I called Sarith 2 weeks back and he said he will revert quickly. No idea why there is such a long silence. Not that it makes any difference to anyone except may be hydrovac who I know is a li'l upset.

Folks, my first HTIB is for a giveaway. It is the JVC TH V70. The DVD player is not working but may be fixed. The sub and satellite speakers are available and may be used as components seperately I guess. This is for a pickup from my place in Bangalore, will not be able to ship it. Here are some pics -

Record Player was here to collect the HTIB. An extremely pleasant person, had a good interaction with him regarding my Fisher TT. He had a few points to make on how to improve stuff with respect to my TT. Time well spent.

Thanks for this canchi. It was indeed a good catch-up. Gents, FM canchi is a thorough gentleman and he happily invited me into his house and I got to audition his home theater room and his 2ch setup. I will be setting him up with some Indian Classical/Carnatic Records as that's what his listening forte is .

i would like to give away my Tata Sky SD STB. it's been with me since 2010, and put out of use and kept in box since late 2011, after i got the TS+ HD STB. the STB is in a very good condition. i have its remote as well. anyone who might be contemplating getting a secondary TS SD connection, you may have this STB. the charge for a sec. connection is, IIRC, 200/-. you will have to use my account-name to get/recharge packages. am located at Thane/Mumbai. if anyone's interested, then please PM me.

I've been calling him for more than a week but the phone is never answered. I don't know if the phone is even active. I'm willing to take over the package and ship them to individual members but am unable to contact him. Hope he sees this message and responds.

He had mentioned that he cannot afford to courier the CDs and requested members to pay up their courier charges.I'm willing to takeover the CDs and courier to members. I don't know why he is not responding to my phone calls and posts here.

Hello FMs,

Gave the package to FM Captrajesh. All the CDs FM Krishna (Hydrovac) sent me was sitting idle in the very pack he sent me. I haven't kept or taken any cd for myself. I resealed the pack and handed it over to FM Rajesh. Due to some probs I couldn't fulfill the task I took upon myself. I apologize for the same.

Just a proposal for hydrovac's CDs that captrajesh is going to distribute. Even though we have an established list of requests on this thread on a first come first served basis, I feel that since captrajesh has taken the onus of undertaking this time consuming effort, the least we can do for him is allow him the first choice of CDs from the lot and pay our own courier charges. I willingly offer him the choice of CD from the ones that I have selected (have already PMd him the entire collated list).
