You can take the lights. Good you asked... it needs ballast, i was also not aware of it.
So had it checked... will include ballasts also.
Bulbs are 15 Watts warm white.

You can have the two drivers and step down... BTW Keith, i missed out these items, there is also a 5 Amp driver if you like.

The 3 Amp supply is taken by Keith... however there are couple 2.5 Amp drivers.
