If manufacturers do not have a dealer in India, they typically give 10-25 points off the list price. That's been my experience. Since they normally do not have a 230 v model ready, it takes 2-3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled.
I used Bombino couriers to take care of my freight and customs clearance. Alternatively they will ship it through their agent to India and you can appoint a clearing agent here to take care of the customs.

I do not remember the exact price but for the 845 Aries monoblocs and the Mercury linestage with some better tube options and Cardas binding posts and a complete extra set of tubes, i think it was approx $10000. Freight and customs was extra
