A critical observation on your record players cue lever/ tone arm drop mechanism...the damping on the drop mechanism seems to have gone bad...this will cause damage to your valuable stylus or records.. I suggest you to get this fixed..most likely it the damping oil that has gone bad and would need replacement...

Listening to this Bengali OST by Rahul Dev Burman. I consider "Adho Alo Chayate" to be one of the most romantic duet (Kishore KUmar and Asha Bhosle) in film music. It has a hindi counterpart in "Ghungroo KI Awaz"- the song is Aankhiyon Ka Kajra. Another great classical by Parveen Sultana "Bedhechi Bina Gaan Shinabo Tomay" - hindi counterpart is Ei Ri Pawan in Bemisal.
