I've listened to these guys for as long as I can remember. This music doesn't age.

Just as I write, it is Hindi Film "Amar" * ing Dilip Kumar. Lataji's 'Oodi Oodi Chhai Ghata' and ' Janewale se mulakat' truly standout. Also heard Lata's 'Diamonds Forever', of which I have Vol 2. 15 great songs including 'Tum na Jane Kis Jahan Mein Kho gaye' , film Saza.

One of my all time favorite. Out of all songs I have heard, I like Lata ji's voice best in "Aayega aanewala".

Remembering Lata ji.
One of my all time favorite. Out of all songs I have heard, I like Lata ji's voice best in "Aayega aanewala".

Indeed and that music was by Khemchand Prakash. The voice of Lata in the 50s and 60s was so special and mesmerizing. The other great song by Khemchand Prakash sung by Lata was "Mushkil Hai Bahut Mushkil". The music of both "Ayega Anewala" and "Mushkil Hai Bahut Mushkil' are almost similar. I consider "Ayega Anewala" a masterpiece.
