Wanted home theatre syster under 20k

Hi guys,
I plan to buy a home theatre system with good bass and surround effect. Dolby digital and dts supported systems are preferred. I have a Sony smart TV and want a compatible system for it. I know my budget is low , but please do share your suggestions. Also share your views on Sony HT RT-40. Thanks in advance

That sony model looks like a good one. Did you finalize anything ??? Don't worry about budget. There are many good models in every budget.

Sony HT RT-40 is a good option as per your budget, if you can stretch a bit you can also go with Sony BDV 3200 which has a Blu-ray player and it's a 1000w system. You will get it under 26K or you can try Yamaha HTB also.
If you love Bass go with Sony. Sony has good bass compare to LG, or Sanmsung.
