I need to to buy Windows 7 Professional 64 bit OS. Where can I buy that in Mumbai or Online?

I already have the license key but not sure if I can re-use that. Please help!
 
You can buy Windows at any computer retailer near you if any.
Since you already have a licence, all you need to do is download the installation files from microsoft.com and enter your licence key after installation.

If you buy a Windows licence now you will by default given a Win8 licence but this also allows you to install any previous version of Windows of your choice.

Thanks Nikhil for your reply. Where do I download the installation from microsoft.com? Do you have the exact location or link? If yes, please PM it to me. Thanks.
 
Borrow the installation disk from your friends and use the code you have. You could also try torrent for downloading the iso.
 
I found a link from win7hackers, windows7 professional with sp1 iso torrent. Is it safe to download iso from torrents.

what type of key you have? I mean is it key with some machine ( OEM windows on laptop , desktop ) or stanalone key bought?

In case of we have a key of installed windows on 1 machine , can we install window on other machine - with deleting on first? AFAIK - this is not allowed.

Experts please help

With Retail license you can do whatever you want. If you have purchased license to install on 5 PC's, then you can install / uninstall blah..blah..., but on max of any 5 PC's at same time. It is transferable from hardware to hardware.
But, OEM is tied to hardware. IF you get a laptop with pre installed OS from manufacturer / system builders, that is an OEM license. OEM is basically Install once license on one hardware only! Valid only for that hardware.

Corporates typically buy, retail licenses in bulk with discount. This is why they install with the same 2-3 keys on multiple systems!

In fact, OEM is actually tied to the motherboard. You change your motherboard you need a new license.
Also, with OEM, google is your support! With retail you can call microsoft for support.
