Which is SONY EX 720 / Panasonic D25B / Panasonic V20 /Samsung 6 series /LG?

AFTER A LONG TIME and more DISAPPOINTMENT 
I have been purchased SONY EX720 on May.06.2011 at ICHIBAN, Chennai - 600 083 based on your website details and demo (Demo itself showed only TRUE HD content and not showed normal channels in all show rooms and displayed with FULL HD content, i forced to see on Normal channels). But, I have realized this model not worth even with normal HD-Ready LCD tvs.
As per specification said that MOTIONFLOW XR 200hz but it doesn't not even 60hz because of,
1. Not able to view one channel more than 5-10mins and appeared blur and ghost suddenly and disturbed more.
2. There is no reality but specification said that "X-Reality picture engine".
3. Eyes are increased and decreased rate of blinking while watching sports channels as well as other channels point #1 replicated.
4. Horrible when advertisement time, it show just like low quality set but brand name is SONY.
5. HDMI cable not suitable and no SOUND when plug-in (HDMI1 port), have to request or say obligation with cable during to plug in. ONE of another FRAUD with AIRTEL-HD DTH setup box. In my experience facing both time poor picture and sound quality produced but advertised HD-Quality Channels. But, better normal cable connection quality.
6. Based point #5, SONY can say its all happening based on Airtel HD set top box, but i would like say i had discussion with unqualified Airtel customer care for last 2 days and found better quality then to analyze more about your SUCKING model. Meanwhile i have ordered new HDMI cable and tested,
A. HDMI-1 fails to connect and no audio The same as found with AIRTEL HDMI cable also but not consistent. But new HDMI cable is consistent.
B. Other HDMI port can able to connect and hear audio.
7. While connection USB, message stating that to move out USB carefully while ejecting/remove, till the time i have found information how to remove safely on using with i-Manual and hard-copy manual. REAL HARD while SEEING YOUR LED TV.
8. For your fortune i never tried 3D and Internet option because normal content displayed like as simple 3D content so don't have time to spend other features.
9. ALSO CANT ABLE TO VIEW EVEN 15 FEET distance.
10. At that time of purchase every minute said will come demo and installation for wall mount next day or 48 hours. No one came my home till date for Product demo and wall mount installation.
11. Have worked with CENT, FlatHDpanel, Digitalverus picture setting, all are waste to set and view. ALREADY MONEY WASTE now TIME WASTE.

Hi please dont be disappointed its a very good tv and i will surly help you in whatever way i can. 1st of all this tv is 100hz with backlight scanning. This tv has a new x reality engine which improves both sd and hd content. Please post me your picture settings. Tc.

Hey relax bro. Can you please share your picture settings with us. I dont think its a bad tv at all.

i have tried last above link for EX720 picture setting.. This one good to watch even though its all waste of time for this model..
but am not changed White Balance Settings. Hope it doesn't make any big difference's

See the airtel lately has lots of compression in their channels ,so no matter how good the upscaling the tv does if the source is bad nothing much a tv can do.
Do you see the bluring or the other points you have said in other sources like DVD or HD playback.

I have no idea about DVD's.. I have seen PUBLIC ENIMIES and too good but end of scenes got Blue color in middel and tried out once again but got the same..
Then played in CRT on same scenes no issues...
USB port tired some what.. but not seen full movie because of no interest to view... all are spoiled with this model..
but lot of call to Airtel last Sunday then updated High Resolution on my DTH BOX. If you need for High resolution send SMS "HR <customerID,if you have multiple box>" to 54325, other mobiles like VF send to 8800054325.
Then played in CRT on same scenes no issues...

Hi can you please share your picture settings. I dont think this is a bad model. I think you should reset the setting to factory settings and start again. Dont compare hd to sd as sd will always look bad compared to hd.
Factory settings are not too good except Vivid but customization is good..
Please wait and will reply for the soon... As of know dont think about SONY!!!
If set correctly its one of the best out there.
I have seen this tv its excellent on all parameters except for 3d.
True and thats why i am surprised that kk is saying its a bad tv. This is the tv i want to buy.
He is upgrading from a CRT,this is not the first time i have seen people complaining about new HDTV after they upgraded from a CRT.
A HDTV be it a plasma or a lcd/led will only show how poor the source is.
I can see artifacts clearly on a CRT when connected to airtel STB.

I watch SD through DTH on my 50" plasma and it looks very good , in fact as good as my CRT.
For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
