Xgimi Horizon Ultra - HDMI Selector appear too often

Here is my Setup

Apple TV >. Denon AVC-X4700H > Xgimi Horizon Ultra

Denon AVR and XGIMI connected over HDMI ARC Port. (Both Side)

Now I selected HDMI input on Projector and it is annoying to see HDMI slector screen every few minutes (Random) on screen.

Tested with Optical and normal HDMI cable (15m)

Here is photo of Selector..

I also tried using Xgimi content and changed Audio out to HDMI (Back to AVR) . In that case I see that audio loose out too often..

Am I missing anything ? or problem is with Projector .

Hello there,

I have exactly the same issue. Regardless which input I hit always the same wall. Sometimes it works for hours without an issue and so often the hdmi problem. I tested so many cables, reset this and that. Also I have send my Denon avr-2800 to the service and they sad everything is fine. The Xgimi folks told me the same.

Did you find a solution?

I got workaround .

am using HDMI Port 1 ARC output (Z1) to Xgimi and 4K output to Sony TV(Z1).
Just to test , I removed TV HDMI cable with same setup, It didn't show HDMI selector on XGIMI .

So for time being , I put TV on Separate Single socket Spike Guard .. I just simply turnoff TV (rather taking HDMI cable) from socket.

Working so far .. try it
