Oh well, I can see why you hate them. Can happened with any manufacturer tbh. LG has also denies panel replacements unless pestered, and Sony doesn't even offer courtesy panel replacements for burn-in on there OLEDs, unlike LG, even if you pester them. Same for Panasonic.
They are all the same. If you don't want to give more money to Samsung, you also need to stay away from JBL and Harman, as those are Samsung brands only.
Mmmm...your options do become limited after ruling out Samsung, who have the most well balanced soundbars among all brands. So you have ruled out the top contender.

Anyway, general advice is that if you want clear dialogues, get center channel, and if you don't like volume being too high on commercials or effects, get one with dynamic range compression too.
