Has anyone heard the Blue Man Group, a trio of mute performers playing instrumental music. Really very good music, mainly percussion based.

If you can recall, they were in old Mirinda ads and more recently, in Intel ads.
They are in Youtube, btw.

IMO, this would be the definitive collection of the best works of Bob Marley, much much better than the 'Legend' collection. All the tracks are top shelf, musically as well as lyrically, with outstanding mixing thrown in. If you're a Bob Marley fan, this is a must-have album. I am hoping to get a copy of this album on LP if I could...

The first album by Floyd after Waters walked out of the band, this one does manage to live up to expectations with ethereal, spacey music and almost poetic lyrics. Taking up most of the production and musical arrangements, Gilmour's genius shines through on all the tracks, but especially on 'The Dogs of War'. A thoroughly Floydian album.

I love this too. Also if you want a great clarity for a live show, listen to Babylon by Bus . Superb collection of songs and one of my favourites.

The way PF evolved after the breakup is phenomenol. Usually one of the groups craps in any split, but in this case both Gilmour and Waters have held on to their ends very effectively and successfully. Goes to show the power of floyds song writing and playing.
