Amp upgrade for LS50

I also feel the volume seems to be important. In fact it sounds better at high volume. At low volumes it sounds a bit lifeless. Meet up, Absolutely, Im still working 100% even during the lockdown. Let things settle down a bit.

"Volume behavior"
LS50 3dB point = 79Hz (6dB at 47Hz) gentle roll-off
R300 3dB point = 50Hz (6db at 42Hz) steep roll-off
Maybe this is why LS50 needs a bit of volume to get bass going, as perceived by the ear? (My guesswork here)
Monitors are supposedly built this way, correct? Experts, what do you think?

Haha. Same here.
Actually WFH has translated to longer working hours.
Let's wait for the situation to ease up and become safer to move around.
Then we can plan for a meet up. Couple of other FMs have also shown interest too.
Let's see.
