Hi friends,

Count me also.As srini's said,Last time no one interested in video session.He put more effort to get his projector and screen but very few people shows interest in video session.We need more time to spend on audio so my suggestion is to only concentrate audio ...

fine by me, as I don't have interest in video: I would have been one of the ones who went home at lunchtime last time!

Even so, I don't think I could last out a whole day ... but if others want to, nothing to stop them

re time, day, etc... I am, being retired, pretty easy-going. I don't like mornings, but I'm in minority so have to adjust. (I was at a function last Sunday morning when my biological clock seriously wanted to be asleep, and will be, again, this coming Sunday)

BTW, seeing Mumbai guys, I got this idea. I keep making T-shirts for participants of 'Bankfest' of my Bank which is necessarily a cultural, literary, art and sport meet of our Bank's staff with our 'borrowers' (guys / companies whom we gave loan)

Should we think of making similar Tees?

Almost 3 weeks left in-between and almost 1 week will go on holidays( christmas + new year). So only 2 weeks for homework.

Since members dont want to stay long and may skip lunch too, so suggested for 1st session of photo initially and then as usual at end.

21/22 might be better for me. I am taking the music festival one day at a time, rather than doing much planning ahead. I know it really slows down after Christmas (a bit more dance is there) but still, further towards the end of the month is giving even more clearance.

just a bump , its been more two days and there isnt much discussion going on around the meet.

That's because the organisers have gotten busy in some more mundane matters.

I had made inquiries; we can organise a decent place in some Hotel for Rs. 350 to 400 for session from morning to evening which includes food. AFA Hotels are concerned, we can't better that.

Actually the plan is to beat down the price further; I'm scouting for venues as well appointed as Hotels' banquet halls which we can get for a nominal rent.

Srini and Capt : First week of Jan I am in Chennai, but on 20th or 21st I dont know, But will try to make out on 20th or 21st. Will keep you posted on that.
Having a tee's for the Participants is a good idea.

Few members opted for 22nd due to various commitments on 8th Jan and now changed to 22nd Jan.

May be we can meetup with some others during your visit to chennai on first week.
