Class D Amplifier options in India

I too am driving my Cadence Arista speakers using class d from allo. I rarely use the Cadence VA 1.0 valve. I find the valve amp lacking in the HF region compared to the allo Class D and even compared to my yamaha AVR.
Is Allo doing business currently ? I was reading a few threads this morning where there is no answer from their contacts for queries or warranty claims. Dead Silence. Some people were saying its a post covid scenario where they were hit badly in terms of personnel.

Anyone know whats the current situation with Allo ? Are they ok ?

Not sure. But just today I checked their website and most of their products are out of stock. They were hit badly by the chip shortage and all raspberry pi solutions, products that used clock from AKM, etc are out of stock. I don't see a single new product from them for the past year or so. But apart from the retail business, they have a corporate business that deals with networking, and telephone switches, etc.

Thats what I noticed. All products out of stock. The chip shortage is now in the past, isn't it. Its like the world using oil from our friend. Everyone needs it, media makes a big issue out of it but the world has found ways to get hold of the chips and oil to get their work done. I assume other audio electronics goods manufacturers would have faced the same issues but have moved on probably changing their designs to accommodate available parts.

These are just my thoughts. No offence to anyone.

Fosi V3 is back in stock on Amazon India selling for 8k
Recently bought this Fosi V3 for desktop setup. It's amazing what can 8K INR class D amp can give you in performance. it's super clean, tone is nice/neutral too.

Have/had tube hybrids, SET amps.

It's mostly class A/B that are disappointing to me, particularly considering the price to performance

which is this amp ?
Any info about model number .?
I have finalized Fosi Audio V3 for now , but looking for something like shown above. it looks like aiyima d03 with all inputs and tone controls.
This is the latest update of the above mentioned Amp from Fosi which is named as MC351

"Hi friend, thank you for your attention. We should apologize that we need to postpone the release of the MC351 integrated amplifier due to some bugs still pending fixing. We need to do some further optimization on it. However, we are now crowdfunding another mini amplifier with a VU meter on Indiegogo. You can take a look at it."

Now that we have a dedicated thread for next class D amp..
I thought I should bting a lil refreshment which costs only 1. 5k

Most of you might write it off looking at the price and that it's chi fi, but then aiyima and fosi are also chinese...
The audio is very very good.. The balance is pretty accurate the sound is pretty sweet as well.. It has bluetooth, aux in, aux out, pen drive option....
I have tried using it with BT through Spotify (set at highest quality) as well as via my Google chromecast audio and apart from bluetooth being tad low on volume, both the optiodns produced great audio..

I have tried fosi bt20a pro as well and this thing just kills it... If you dont believe me try it once... Use a 24v or just lower power supply.. I used 19.5 and 24 both and can say with 24 the output is awesome...

The T9 Pro is finally listed on Amazon India. I'm very interested in trying it, would like to know the experience of prior users, if any. If not owned, I would like to have your thoughts on getting this.

I currently have TPA3116 Chipset based Amplifier from Sonicarchitect, a 2*30W Amp with Bass/Mid/Treble controls.

I pair it with my 2-way horn (high-sensitive) speakers. Here's the link for my speakers -
I cannot express the feeling of how good it sounds, especially on the vocals ❤️❤️❤️

Note: For those in Chennai who're interested in audition, you're invited :D

I would be glad to have your thoughts and suggestions to improve my setup better

I have the T9 simpliciter and if its SQ is anything to go by, absolutely go for it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Since you have the T9, do you also experience the constant iterative clipping sound when there's silence in the audio or no song in play, while you're surfing between options to play.

The Amp I currently have clipping sound on the above mentioned scenarios in aux mode. The chain is Shield Pro - - > ifi zen dac v2 - - > amp - - > speakers.

But I do not have such clip sounds when I play via Bluetooth

Not playing music for about 5-10 seconds sends the amp into a low power state so there's a click at the amp but nothing audible through the speakers. Apparently, even this has been rectified with the T9 Pro. Check out Zerofidelity's video on YouTube for an overview.

I happened to try Fosi V3 with audio note speakers, and a 3-way indian towers, its astounding how well balanced this gem is, superb PRAT, woofers are well controlled and leading to excellent low end.

Speakers i have are classic british speaker that pair well with high current amps, so did not find fosi to be superb match, still it was decent. Makes me wonder why i would want to spend on lakhs on amps, rather get a excellent high sensitivity speakers :)

Any one has similar recommendations for DAC :) ? Seems like no such disruption is happening in the DAC space.

Your recommendation makes it a absolute no brainer. I dont need much power, and the price is well worth a punt. Iam definitely buying one :)

The disruption happened and went - you just missed it.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
