AliExpress, there's a sale coming up after 3 days, I saw for 7.5k discounted price. Often it Comes for sale On Amazon UK as well, in lightning deals for similar shipped price with customs at 8k.

My settings as of now play with PC to Speakers (SwanM200KII) through 3.5mm to RCA.

Any other DAC for below 5k? More product available in Aliexpress i dont know which one is best?

If its mainly for computer audio, there's a good Asus xonar sound card at 5.5k in classified section. Check it out, I feel it should fulfill your needs.

I checked new one comes around 6.8k also year old no warranty...Any difference in Soundcard vs DAC?

I'm somewhat least impressed with CS DAC chip in general , nearly same on my Marantz CD player. get a decent DAC for a appreciable results. Smsl sanskrit is a good option else go for bit costlier Smsl M8 or Modi 2 uber.
