Fans of Television Series

Blacklist Season 3. Edge of the seat entertainment.
Quantico is not living up to expectations though, with all the hype.

My favourite show of all time is Breaking Bad,never seen a TV show that has similar production quality, acting, story or attention to detail as this show,Fargo is another show that is a must see if you are fan of Coen Brothers you will definitely love this show, other than that Daredevil,Walking Dead,Twin Peaks are some of the best shows I have seen recently.I also watch sitcoms like its always sunny in Philadelphia, friends, big bang theory etc

I agree with the above.
Quantico feels a bit too much drama and not enough content especially with the moving between past & present

Mr. Robot is awesome! Gotham is also good living upto Darkness..

The Affair Season 1 was bit of a slow starter, but loved the subtle narrative & human drama. Season 2 turns out to be just amazing, midway through the 2nd season & enjoying every bit of it.

Awesome folks on this forum are up-to-date with the latest TV shows.

I remember back in the day when I was in US and travelling for work, I would set my DVR to record stuff automatically and then share it over the local network as well as over the Internet so I could watch them even during travels.

It's much easier these days as most networks will keep the latest episodes on for a couple of weeks that you can watch for free on their website.

Ash vs Evil Dead..a reboot bound to fail..watch the pilot if you want to relive EVil Dead movie and laugh out loud..not sure if they will go beyond the Pilot...
Scream Queens (Fox) started and aborted in a span of 15 minutes..sucks...
Limitless>>Another movie spinoff you might want to see at least couple of episodes..then it turns repititive

Ash vs Evil Dead - SE01-Episode 1 ...... I LOVED IT ..... Groovi Awsome..MAN!!! ..... Yes I am a fan of original Evil Dead Series, and this one did not disappoint, The plot seems to start off as the original movie did but with better GFX and a modern look to it. The feel of the show is exactly as we had in the classic Evil Dead series, over the top scary treatment and the occasional uncanny funny way of dealing with the evildeads, (that is the best way, I can think off to call them) specially our hero Campbell. And mind you the evildeads does scare you, but more so in an enjoying manner rather than disturbing.

Performances, Bruce Campbell.. man I thought he might look old and weary but boy I was wrong, still have it in man, and he is funny as hell as well. He fit in the role even after like 25 years effortlessly. He was born to play this character, he looks as good and refreshing as he was in the originals .... I just watched it out of curiosity as I loved the original Evil Dead series and seriously this exceeded my expectations from all fronts.

Pretty much the same way all other fans (and not so fans) felt on IMDB board. there is no way this is gonna fail ... I will be looking fw to this series with all my due interest. People who even remotely liked Evil Dead series got to see it .... Not rating since its only one EP, will rate it after season one completes But the pilot just kicked ASS .......:D :D :D

Heroes reborn - good but doesn't have the charm of the first heroes. Nevertheless have been watching it. All they talk about is saving the world in each episode.

Homeland season 5 is going strong, quantico and blindspot too.. Last man on earth season 2 is getting a bit boring though

I have thoroughly enjoyed Fargo season 1, i don't feel the same Adrenalin rush in season 2 but still good to call as a mystery/thriller series.

I could not continue FLASH after like 10 episodes, infact I continued just because people said it gets better iin later episodes, it did to an extent, but not something that could make me stay with the show, its too childish, there is no Dark approach, its lighted hearted, typical super hero show with very very predictable dialogues and situations and characters as well. Cliched moments and the suspense, what ever it is about the star labs, couldn't keep me interested.

DareDevil on the other hand is what a Good super hero show should be like, dark, mature and intriguing ....... I am looking forward to Jessica Jones now, hope it will be a mature attempt.

Limitless, the TV serial is based on the movie but the serial is really cool and humorous. The lead character Jake McDorman is hilarious and fits into the role perfectly.

Just finished watching Rectify Season 1-2-3. Such a beautiful storyline & overall acting. The pace of the story is gentle & absorbing with great background score. The story is about a convict on death row for 20 years & comes out exonerated of his crime. His relationship with each member of the family & the turbulence that follows is crafted carefully & beautifully in a sublime way. I streamed 2 seasons of the show on Netflix. My ratings for the show is 9/10.

Jessica Jones (TV Series 2015 ) - IMDb - I finished Jessica Jones yesterday, took me all of 3 days to finish all 13 episodes on Netflix.

It is good, quite good in fact, but just not great. I personally preferred Daredevil over Jessica Jones. Krysten Ritter is amazing and has done a wonderful job and is ably supported by an ensemble cast. David Tennant especially is excellent as the villain. Marvel seems to have some magic when it comes to their villains, pretty much everybody rocks, David here and Vincent D'Onofrio in Daredevil.

The problem with Jessica Jones though is Jessica herself. She fails a lot and is not much of a superhero for most of the series. The action is okay at best and not so physically demanding. Most of the fights in Daredevil were excellent and Charlie Cox had a lot of physical fighting, but not so much with Jessica though she has superpowers. That to me was the biggest failing, especially since the villain is known all along and there is no big reveal like in Daredevil.

If you can look past such minor gripes, then Jessica Jones is definitely recommended. Either way, it is way better a series than most of the stuff available on TV. Just not enough action like in Daredevil, and not enough eye candy like Deborah Ann Woll again in Daredevil though Rachael Taylor has her moments.

Has there been any good tele serials this year from british or danish television? Have been impressed by few of theirs from earlier years.

I have not watched the series, but after reading this, I get the feeling that she is just a different kind of 'super-hero'.

Jessica Jones is a terrible superhero by superhero industry standards. Her name is forgettable; she sounds like a girl from your third-grade class. She's just another brick a term assigned to the plethora of superhumans with super strength as their primary power. It's easy to see why she isn't popular or why many people, even some comic book fans, were puzzled by Marvel and Netflix's decision to give the character her own TV show (which debuted on Netflix on Friday).

I quit watching most of the series and am yet to catch up with any new series that started post-2013. The only two series I watched this year are 'Bron | Broen' (which is fantastic. I'd be very hesitant now to watch any of the spin-offs) and 'Luther' (Started watching for Idris Elba, stayed with it for Alice).

Gotham Season 2 is turning out to be killer awesome ..waiting for today's episode..Jessica Jones was begun and aborted in five minutes...Tried Supergirl ,but I guess won't go beyond the Pilot episode...and yes Ash vs Evil Dead is turning out to be good so far

Goonies is a movie AFAIK ... and it was not Telegames, but Telematch ..... German Game Show ... and I love lucy was great .......
