Fans of Television Series

Any link to support that claim, I googled and could not find any. I chromecast BL on my 42" LED Full HD and the quality is stunning ...
No link... Just my observations :)
Even the settings button in all the videos has option of streaming upto 720p max... I generally keep Auto option and despite a pretty good bandwidth, never got more than 720p :-((

yep I have already taken the free trial .... I am watching Boston Legal on it only, (via chromecast full support) even though that not even is a premium offering :)... Hotstart has grown by leaps and bound ..

Is hotstar supporting chromecast now? Mine is still not showing the cast icon :(

always assumed its 1080p ..lol but credit to my TV:D:D 720 p looks stunning. They should soon upgrade to 1080p when they have enough subscribers, I presume ....

ok, thanks @Sam9s. Will check it out... if they have included chromecast support, I think netflix may lose me soon :D

Ok so watched the 1st episode of Westworld on Hotstar, very interesting storyline, had me hooked throughout. The presence of Anthony Hopkins adds so much weightage to the show. The story line explores the wild West & that gives it a very raw experience & the panoramic cinematography is breath taking.

+1 for Hotstar for streaming the episodes immediately.

Just curious is content on Hotstar censored as per India law. I don't think so because there was fair amount of nudity which was shown on the 1st episode, nothing sexual but relevant to the story.

I dont think anything is censored, as lots of cheezy dialogues were also there present in BL. However that ever-irritating "smoking tobacco kills" was still there ... :D, unfortunately ..

Just checked the series is based on the MC movie, and I loved that movie, this TV series goes in my watch list, however its just one episode, so as is with me will wait for season 1 to complete and then give it a go.

Is it on premium service on Hotstar?

Westworld premiere was gripping and has a very strong ensemble cast..However whether or not it is the GoT killer can only emerge after a few more episodes ..But the episode was definitely worth the 10 Million USD cost(some sources say 25 Million)

Yes! I watched the premiere yesterday, and man, am I waiting for the rest of it! This show has the potential to be the best show that's even been on television, GoT, included. It has outstanding geek value, and the deep philosophical values that it seems to be exploring are another layer of enjoyment altogether.

Watch the movie, it is ultimate as well. As for the series, I will wait for the season to end.

Yup, I've watched it earlier. Yul Brynner owned that movie, and character! I think Ed Harris will likely carry that torch in the Mini Series (though it's difficult to say yet). From the movie, it's easy to see how Michael Crichton's "theme park gone wrong" vision began, which ultimately resulted in Jurassic Park.

Completed zoo S1. Unfortunately they stopped it at a gripping spot, and has not yet released S2 in India. Eagerly waiting.

Luke Cage (TV Series 2016 ) - IMDb - Good, just not great. On its own it's a good series, however, just not Daredevil. However, I don't want you to think or take that as a negative, it has enough plot turns and twists, and enough entertainment that make it better than most shows on network TV these days.

Give it a watch, has to be watched especially if you plan to catch up on others like The Defenders and Iron Fist.
