Have you ever been so much bored while watching a movie in a cinema/theater that you couldn't take it any more and simply walked out?

Happened to me last year while watching Blindness (2008) in PVR Select City Walk, Delhi. Had to walk out.

I have done that often.
I had gone to watch Black Friday. However the release was stalled due to some legal hassles. The person at the ticket counter coaxed me into buying tix for Blackmail instead. Super bore. Walked out of it. Thought I should watch something funny, the other film released that day was the great Padmashri Lalu Prasad Yadav. As fate would have it walked into this one and walked out after one hour.

You were still Ok buddy. Went to watch Black Friday and ended up watching bit of Black mail knowingly. I know a colleague's dumb-ass friend who had gone to watch Rani Mukherjee's Baabul and got the tickets for Babel mistakingly just because the pronunciation was incorrect when making the purchase.

I generally have higher tolerance levels when watching movies but I did walk out once. It happened while watching Yaadein in 2001. I am not a native hindi speaker but went to watch this movie with a friend but what a horrible movie it was. They showed the face of coca cola cans more than that of the actors. I walked right out as hrithik started swimming with the boat tied to his body with the heroine in the boat (cant recall who it was) across the river!

I did walked out for few movies while at College, one was Raja Hindustani, I couldn't take that crap more than an hour and left and then within a week there was a worse one, forgot the name but it was Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan starer. Recently haven't walked out of theater but I did get bored of some movies, one was 2012 out of the recent ones. Nowadays I don't even go to theaters anyway.
And thekinge, man, Yadeein ki yadeein itself will make me not to watch any movie. One of the worst probably.

I watched a movie with 8+ rating in imdb fortunately in my laptop..
Got bored to hell and woke up to my own snore.. :ohyeah:
Donnie Darko (2001)

Call me idiot, But I dint understand a word in this movie which apparently 83% people liked..

FANAH was the worst movie for me in Hall, I was dying to walk out but decided to entertain the public around me with my cheezy comments for the movie........

I did walk out though finally........:D

Guess what?? I went to watch Drona with a friend. Walked out of the theatre with a headache after 45 min flat!!! I still remember that day :sos:

Hmmm never walked out of a movie if I remember correctly. I have high tolerance levels once I have paid the price for the ticket!!

Ok I just remembered I once walked out of the movie Bhagambhaag. But at that time I had already watched it once and 2nd time I went on a free ticket so walked out! :D :D

Apart from that Devdas was complete torture. Only I know how I completed my 3 hours in the hall.

Unfortunately for Kambakht Ishq I had bought Business class tickets which have recliners so couldnt walk out otherwise that was the movie which compelled me the most to walk out.

Dhadkan and Yaadein were other tortures I can remember.

Happened to me a number of times when it was difficult to sit through the proceedings. But being the VFM guy I am, usually end up doing or getting close to the 'paisa vasool'......

I take a nap making the most of the accurate climate control and comfy seat of the movie hall .... and my 'unique' snoring parameters does irritate my wife and neighbours ...

Guys I watched Prince of Persia today - Towards the end I could not take it and walked out (fortunately it was in a mall in NJ) - my wife watched the whole movie and she agreed with me that it sucked.
Cheers
Sid
