I want to confirm my attendance. I was amongst the first to confirm but I find my name missing. What do I have to do.

I will be coming from Aundh. Anyone from Aundh, Baner can join (my vehicle is 7 seater).

Hi Meet members,
We URGENTLY need Leaders (and volunteers as support to leaders) to manage following aspects of the meet-event... hardly two days left for preparations..

1. LEADER AND VOLUNTEER REQD FOR CABLES & CONNECTING GEARS: (manage availability and connection of cables /IC's, power-extension-box, etc. as per Demo schedule)

2. LEADER AND VOLUNTEER REQD FOR FOOD ARRANGEMENT: (incl fund collection on arrival, ordering, seating arrangement, bill settlement etc.)

3. LEADER AND VOLUNTEER REQD FOR PHOTOGRAPHY: (no explanation reqd!)

Kindly chip in with where you would like to contribute asap.

4. As of now Denom is assigned as LEADER FOR AUDITION-NOTES COMPILATION (Taking notes on spontaneous changes during demo (like cable exchange, songs played) + comments received from members reg SQ of demo)

5. I am assigned as LEADER FOR DEMO SCHEDULE (running the show as per demo schedule based on gear that is available on time (remember...this time we can't delay demo because someone is late). LEADER will also plan post-demo sessions for equipment arriving late (If time remains after demos)

Sonosphere - one suggestion as follows:-

In the previous meets we were distributing sheets where every FM entered the rankings on various parameters. Compilation of the data later on is too big an exercise and possibly we will not get results early on. So I propose that after every demo we ask for a show of hands on various parameters & Denom can note down approx. voting. This will get us rough & ready feedback.

This meeting I am not volunteering for any major activity as I need to go back early. My US based friend's father is hospitalised for multiple fractures due to a fall. His shoulder replacement operation may be scheduled for tomorrow or Monday & I need to be @ the hospital then.

Can't resist the chance to see all the gear & audition Hari Iyer's speakers. Luckily they don't do planned operations on Sundays so I am relatively free for the meet.

- Cyclops1234 is assgned as Leader for Photography. Mr. Zed as volunteer for Photography. You may workout mutually how to work things out. (...just ensure that my pics turn out the best )

- Pavan547 is assigned as Leader for Food & "Beverages"!!. Someone pls extend support to him as volunteer.

- Ruenigma confirmed on phone, and is assigned as Leader for Cables & connections. I request at least two members to extend support to him as volunteers. The connections need to be done fast (like F1 race staff changing tyres) otherwise it would eat into demo time!

Hey I said i would like to support as VOLUNTEER for food stuff, I might skip the meet in afternoon.
