Regarding beer, I've asked Viki if there could be issues having alcohol at the club house (if it is there). Haven't heard back from him. Don't want some society member ruining the meet.

A look at the demo spreadsheet shows too much gear. If we want to cover 25 different setups in 10 hours, we'll get hardly 24 minutes per setup. The time required for setting up each combination is at least 10 minutes. Too less a time IMHO.

Perhaps some of it can be skipped. I am dropping mine as B&W 685 were reviewed last year (IIRC Santy had gotten them from Singapore).

Dunno whether it would be possible with such an array for auditions ... try for a 'blind-hear' on the combinations and giving the ratings. In other words, 'somehow' blank out the equipments (by putting up an object in front of the equipments playing ... in the line of sight). The makes of equipments ALWAYS tend to act upon the good senses of to be/audiophiles, IMO.

Sulking, sitting in front of my computer for not being able to make it to Pune ....

Denom - With so much brew flowing during meet, ALL gear would sound truly Hi-end, (or Heavenly!! end) so there would't be much to compare :LOL:

Depends on how one enjoys the gears, with or without brew. I guess you will be 1 of the teetotalers of the group & so should you be since you are the MC
