Issue is due to this.

Muxing mode : Header stripping

You can't remove header stripping muxing from tsmuxer. You need to install mkvmerge gui..which is a freeware. Open it and go to File-->options--->mmg....there is a checkbox saying "disable header removal compression"..check that box and click on ok.
Restart mkvmerge gui.

Add the file-->mux it-->will produce a new mkv file--->add it in tsmuxer as mentioned in first post-->mux and play.

but how can i change it to the hindi language as it is in dual audio (hindi/english)? can mkvmerge do that also. can you also provide the link for download mkvmerge

When muxing in mkvmerge for the first time you will see two audio stream. Uncheck the first audio which is in english..but make sure the second audio is checked.
After adding to mkvmerge stream would appear like this-
1.V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC-->video stream..check it.
2.A_AAC-->click on it then see below in general track option language..if it's english uncheck it.
3.A_AAC-->click on it then see below in general track option language..if it's hindi make sure you have checked it.

Now mux..only hindi audio will appear now.

hi thanks dude, u made my day, each and every information was really helpfull to me and worked perfect. i used several software to convert the file but only u saved my hard disk. really thank you very much.

I am noticing that people are complaining about bravia led not playing mkv files. So here is a guide on how to play them.
1.Download tsmuxer GUI..it's a freeware.
2.Add the mkv file u want to play.
3.if u select the video track there is an option change level..if it is greater than 4.1 change it to 4.1.
4.now in output select m2ts muxing and point the output to a destination folder and click on start muxing.

You can playback the output file from your usb drive on bravia.

So don't just buy a tv on the basis of playing mkv files..choose tv with best pq and most important what you like.

It will take about 2 min if u are muxing 2 gb file..and so on.

Bravia can read exFAT(where file size support is unlimited),fat32,fat16(file size support 4 gb, disc size support 32 gb).

Pls post if you are having any problem with playback.

mkv is a container and m2ts is also a container. This application only change the container.. doesn't reencode the video..so there is no huge cpu requirement.

The audio codec of mkv file is mp3...and it's not supported in m2ts container.

Please do this instead--
u need to convert mp3 track to dolby digital track.
Here is a good app to do that...

These are hd stream extractor and dolby digital encoder. Download and extract both of them in a folder..then click on HdBrStreamExtractor.exe and add your mkv file. Then click on features and u can see all the tracks i.e avc video track and mp3 audio track.
Now just check only the mp3 audio track and from dropdown list of extract as select AC3...and then click on extract.

Your dolby digital audio will be extracted in destination folder.


Now just follow the instruction in the first post..just add your dolby file which has an extension .ac3 and uncheck the mpeg-audio/mp3 audio in tsmuxer. After muxing it will be playable in bravia.
