Is it safe to buy led tv from ebay power seller or grey market?

@adder: When I visited today, not many of them were selling TVs. Only the shop to the left as soon as you enter had some models.

I am more inclined towards the CX520, not a big fan of LEDs.

will the sony tv models available for purchase in sukh sagar mall be changing every week or will it remain the same for long time.

Hardly few shops have them on display at sukh sagar mall, they usually have them in their warehouse, where you can see the demo and inspect the tv.

@chungs
The fast moving 32" and 40" models should be available, since they get new stocks quite often.
The 46" size models or higher series like EX720 and above can remain for a month or so.

EX720 is a 3d tv , for a 32" inch it does not make sense to buy a 3d tv. Better go for big tv for the same price. CX520 or EX520.

I like 32ex720 not for it's inbuilt 3d transmitter , but beacause of its 2d capabilites i.e high refresh rate of 120 hz.

So, can we all plan and go together?

No panny, I require minimum 6-7 months to purchase. Since i have not gathered enough money. But before that i wanted to do a thorough analaysis of which tv should i buy.Kindly post the review of the tv after your purchase along with pictures taken.:D

Whats your viewing distance .

I have 2 viewing distances.

1. 6ft away(having tubelight to the opposite of the viewer)
2. 10ft away (having tubelight to the right side of the viewer)

so, what is the recommended size of the tv i can purchase.

my tv was 1.2L , i imported in 40K :)
1)
in case you have holiday plan grab it from thailand /malay best, short holiday =20K(dont take package)
3d tv say 62k here you will get in 30K
2) Gray market dealers buy at half price from thailand and sale 7-8k less than showroom yes most of the cases they are real good
3) US import is profitable for costly models

which model u have purchased and from where.

I would strongly suggest to go for a Plasma 42". the viewing area is almost 72% more in 42" than 32".

Panasonic offers full comprehensive 3 years warranty and you can get a hull HD for 40k or lesser.

The colours are far more pleasing than LCD and plasma's refresher rates are 600hz and offer the widest of viewing angles.

For 6 feet away a 32" is adequate but for HD viewing a 40" size screen will be perfect.

For 10feet away a 46" size should be perfect, you can get a 46" CX520 with a SPVA panel in grey market for around 49k or less probably just a a few thousand more then the 32EX720.

As panny had quoted there is no ready available stocks of 40cx520 or 46cx520 or 32ex720.
So if we ask the sukhsagar mall dealers will they bring these models(which we are going to buy) after a day or two.

I'm more inclined towards 32ex720 than 40cx520 beacuse of it's refresh rate i.e 120hz. But have a dilemma over which one to go. Will the viewing experience be much better in 32ex720 when compared to 40cx520.
If i buy 32ex720 in grey, will it be a problem for servicing since it has a very thin panel compared to 40cx520.

I am not sure what content you are planning to watch at that refresh rates?

Secondly ,why would it be a problem to service if the panel is thin? For a trained technician it does not matter thick or thin , only issue you need to check is will the same parts/components be available locally .

I will be watching
1.85% sd content(regional channels)
2.5% hd content(discovery hd, national geographic,cricket hd)
3.10% ps3 playback.
