Is it safe to buy led tv from ebay power seller or grey market?

3.10% ps3 playback.

Can you tell me what are the refresh rates offered by the source units of SD content,hd content boxes and PS3 playback?

I'm using tata sky plus hd stb. TATA-SKY is PAL, and therefore its signal would be 50 Hz offered by it for SD content, hd content and for ps3 playback i don't know

will it be a problem for servicing since it has a very thin panel compared to 40cx520.

shop keepers use this trick to sell old fat tvs , dont faill into this trap ,
only thing is the speaker will be less loud as slim design has to accommodate.

I'm more inclined towards 32ex720 than 40cx520 beacuse of it's refresh rate i.e 120hz. But have a dilemma over which one to go. Will the viewing experience be much better in 32ex720 when compared to 40cx520.
If i buy 32ex720 in grey, will it be a problem for servicing since it has a very thin panel compared to 40cx520.

The viewing experience will be much better in the bigger size tv.

Yes they will get the model if you pay them the advance.You still can have a demo of the tv prior to purchase.

Last i heard it was around 70k to 80k and a 46EX520 cost around 60k to 65k.

Did you finally buy the LED TV from Sukh Sagar. If so can you recommend any shop name or shop number. I am planning to buy a 40 inch Sony HX750. I had randomly checked at National Market and one shopkeeper called up another and told me it is 63k. Also wanted to know if these will be brand new factory packed tv's ?

Maybe safe in Bangalore but I wouldn't even think about anything as such in Delhi. My uncle got ripped off on a 42" Sony LED 3D TV from Palika Bazar and the unit went kaput within a mere 8 days. He ultimately ended up purchasing a Samsung 55" and an LG 42" LED Smart TV for two separate floors of his house (rich man I know!) but still gripes about the grey market no show till date..
