Norge vs Telome vs DNM

I am little confused. You declared Norge as the winner, gave Pulz a close second, and finally picked up the third in the race. What gives?

Cheers

Yea can't edit that post now ;)

well i decided to go for the dnm integrated over the stand alone norge power because it gives me the option of using the dnm as a standalone integrated amp !

Sean, will you please tell the real reason

Don't worry, go ahead & say what actually made you go for the DNM amp ;)

the real reason!? lol is this some spanish inquisition Dave? :p

This was just a last minute decision....and im glad i made it! This amp was readily available....:D

And the winnr is ......NORGE ! So its gonna be the 1200 power amp! :ohyeah::yahoo: The Pulz 400 came in a close second but lost out due to two reasons 1) it didn't sound superior at all to the Norge 2) the vulgar price!

Congrats! Enjoy your new amp

Hope your last minute decision works well for you & with your dick smiths

After all instictive decisions prevail in so many issues! Did not understand Ready availability as the reason though.

its a no brainer really....the amp was readily available...didnt need to be put together unlike other manufacturers.....

I meant to say ,'did ready availability get more importance than sonic characteristics?'. Anyway. I have fallen prey to this ready availability in past only to rectify the error at some cost. Enjoy your set up to the max. The advantage of being able to use the same unit as powr as well as integrated amp seems good. Some pics please.

factors that swung it the dnm way in order of priority...;)

1) the synergy with the am-u02 & dick smith floorstanders
2) being an integrated amp with a preout-power in provision gives me options of using the a-777 as a pre amp or a power amp or a standalone integrated !
3) ready availability
4) cost / specifications / appearance / features / build quality

I really grateful that there is so much to learn and know in hifivision, I had no idea about the names of Indian Amps available in market. Many thanks for the threader.

Today I went to audition DNM A777 I heard it with.jamo s606 and the output where below average also heard Yamaha as300 which did sound better with low wattage than DNM. CAN ANY ONE LET ME KNOW THE OUTPUT WATTAGES of DNM IN RMS
