Pass B1

How's this for a 5 channel source selector? Eagle files available, of course.

Got some good inputs from Om and Sachin, and we are nearly done with the design of
the source selector board. Hope Sachin can help us with group buy if there is interest.

It looks like this now.

Thanks Prasad,
It looks very good now.we can start a small GB here approx cost should be Rs600-800

I'm in for a kit too. BTW, how do we power this thingy?

Capt, it has 2 ways to power it -

1) Regulated 12V source available in the chassis - use the connector on left side of PCB.
Do not install the voltage regulator.
2) Input voltage is more than 12V - use the connector on right side. Install the
7812 voltage regulator chip, with a heatsink if needed.

Resistor values etc are designed for 12V supply and relays.
But the board can be used with other voltages like 5V or 6V also, provided
you use the appropriate relay, and install the appropriate resistors.

This is great! We will be getting part names ON PCB while values will be dependent on selected relay voltage.

Hi Mishraji/Sachin,

I would appreciate your help in integrating Pass b1 with CNC and SSP by helping me out with the connection circuit diagram in the attached picture. It will be of great help for the other newbies like me.

Regards,

Santosh
