The redbook CD layer can easily be ripped just like one would rip a CD.
But the encryption key for SACD data is stored in an area of the disc not accessible by anything other than a SACD drive. So you can neither read nor write SACD data using a standard DVD / CD drive.
Even if you could somehow rip it, you would get a Direct Stream Digital (DSD) bitstream which cannot be handled by most of the audio processing tools. So there is no way to convert this data into a usable format.
