Play WAV & DTS files in Oppo BDP80

I have downloaded some SACD and DTS files from online and tried to play them through Oppo BDP80, but i could not play them.

Please let me know, how to make them play in Oppo.

Have you tried converting them to mp3 or you can use alcohol 120 software to burn them to a DVD-A and play .
 
Forgive my ignorance...can we rip/copy SACDs? I thought only the CD layer of SACD can be copied or ripped.

The redbook CD layer can easily be ripped just like one would rip a CD.
But the encryption key for SACD data is stored in an area of the disc not accessible by anything other than a SACD drive. So you can neither read nor write SACD data using a standard DVD / CD drive.
Even if you could somehow rip it, you would get a Direct Stream Digital (DSD) bitstream which cannot be handled by most of the audio processing tools. So there is no way to convert this data into a usable format.
