Speakers - Dali Zensor 7 for fronts and Dali Vokal for center
Speaker cables - audioquest x2(14awg) for fronts+center, C&E in-wall 14AWG cables for rears
HDMI cables - Audioquest pearl 3m cables 2, meyerbeer 2m

For my secondary stereo setup - Schiit Modi2 uber DAC(to be paired with a 15 yr old Sony STR DA50ES and Castle knight 2)

i'm using an old pair of onkyo mini bookshelves as rears, didn't put those up since they weren't new purchases...

jeanpher - bought all of them across various locations:
denon 3100 - amazon.de, Rs. 54k all inclusive, got refund of 12k from amazon post that since indian customs didn't charge anything(weird and unusual), so net cost was actually 42k.
Dali zensors - from grand cinema chennai, LCR at 82k
audioquest x2 - grand cinema at 330/metre, c&e from ebay.in for 2.4k for a 33 metre roll
audioquest pearl hdmi - for around $33-38, meyerbeer for $17, both from amazon.com(hand carried from the US by a friend)
sony bdp s6500, region free with 110-230v ac supply - $239 from the US, hand carried by cousin
velodyne impact 12 - from htstore bangalore for 30k

the denon-dali zensors combo has been reviewed multiple times, no doubt good. I was really impressed by the sony bdp, really quick load time, tiny box(build quality plasticky), makes movies look and sound brilliant

I have recently upgraded my HTS setup by adding a central channel.
I am having wharfedale 10.1 Bookshelf as front speakers
I have bought 10CC as Centre channel and 10DFS as surround.

I didn't go for diamond 220CC for centre since the tone might not match.
my living hall is small 12 by 14ft.

Hope 10 CC is a good choice.

Please share your inputs. also should I select centre channel as small or large

Finally bought my AVR on Dubai visit. Opted for Yamaha RX-V 579 as it was on an awesome deal. Paired with a basic config at the friend's place where I was staying and it was awesome.

Now want to build my system around it. My use is 60% music and rest movies. Ready to build the same component by component as right now don't want to splurge much. Room size is 20x15. Any suggestions on how to go about building the same?

Thanks! I'm in the process of proper setup of the Denon based system. Since my speakers are diy, they are also not properly finished to look good, also they sound not to the potential level. I'm trying to sort the things out to achieve some acceptable SQ. Anyway, I'll share some pictures soon.

Placed an order for Marantz PM6005 and awaiting delivery. KEF Q300 speakers bought in December. Initially thought of going for Yamaha A-S501 - higher specs. But then listened to Marantz PM5005 and liked it. Opted for 6005 as it has more connectivity options and DAC. The waiting is soo terrible...:sad:
