Just fyi. There is comex 2010 is going on at Singapore and AC Ryan has a stall and they sell at s$ 319 for the player w/o wifi doggle.. and with doggle s$ 399/-. You may use it in yr nego. with the dealer.

I'm still tossing between an ATI GFX card (56xx) for my recently built i3530 based HTPC or POHD. Unfortunately for me, the HTPC's onboard video does not want to play really nice with my Philips LCD (discussed here).

Can Playon (Or anyother Media players) be used for non-HD TV's? (Normal CRT's, HD Ready etc irrespective of the inches/cm). Is there a firmware or need to wait for the same in furture?

i have seen confirmations of it being used on a normal CRT in the forum, but dont remember where exactly. I am also planning to connect POHD to CRT.

Guys i have got quote from rangaprasad for this group buy. Its 10.5K including wifi, vat of 13.5% and shipping. The material is held up at the customs. will be cleared only by this weekend.
Sgmane - the dealer has confirmed that this can be connected to crt.
the pdt will be shipped to ur respective cities.
