Guys,

I received final price quote for Samsung 55in d8000 LED of 2 lakhs in Hyderabad. There is no added bundle for this except a HD dish tv connection and a 3d glass. I haggled for almost a month with Samsung dealers and reliance and finally came down to this price.

However, can someone please tell me if this is the right price for the model? I am asking because i received some information that in different cities the price different is significant.

Since this is a large amount, I would appreciate any help regarding the right price for this model.

I am about to finalise 55d8000 LED by this week and hope to watch the IPL final

Was really hoping that I could at least see Sony HX820 before purchase, but god knows when they going to launch HX820 in India

Hmmm....no idea....but now i saw this LG LV5500...
My god i hv to accept i did a mistake....

It costs 68k and dynamic contrast ratio is 10M: 1, and lot of other good features...so better go for LV5500 than LE5500

i had been to ezone bangalore. I saw LG LV 3500 and 3730 ( priced 60 and 64k ). Next time i go i will check for LG LV 5500.

bargained a lot still, the price is not getting reduced below 60k.
Reason : sir we cannot sell below this price. just like sony, even LG is maintaining price. if we sell below this price, lg will cancel dealership.

i am curious on 2 things
1. is this news true ?
2. is some one able to get the LG LV 3500 model for a price less than 60k ?

Got the Onida BDX1110 blue-ray player from Reliance Digital for 4888/- I must say it was an impulse purchase since it was a so-called "one day offer" .

Haven't had a real opportunity to test all features yet. But, overall looks good for that price
