Hello Anil,

It's so good to see your collection and list growing day by day.. I have in the recent past been listening to some Vinyls in Cafes in UK but never got the chance to buy any or bring back to Chennai. Now I regret that I missed that opportunity, is there any way you could let me know where I could purchase a decent turntable in Chennai so that I can start my own little collection. I have purchased Pakezaah and Mughal E Azam from a close friend of mine and I am dying to hear them play on Vinyl.

Both the Philips TTs look in prime condition and don't worry about Shafic's packing the TTs as he is really darn good at packing them

called up the seller just to enquire about the rates...
bhoot bangla is priced at 18k and the deal for all the 5 has been finalised at 75k...

Last year Bhoot Bangla LP was sold in ebay @ 1250 USD (this is not a typo). Now Bhoot Bangla and Garam Masala (mint copies) are being sold in the market @ 20,000 INR each. Parchaiyan @ 8,000 INR , Puraskar @ 12,000 INR . Gomti Ke Kinare @ 6,000 INR. Now all the record sellers are asking for high prices for R.D.Burman and Kishore Kumar LPs @ high prices. Kolkata record market has also dried out regarding hindi oldies. Non R.D.Burman and common LPs are still available @ 100-200 INR.
