Thanks. I collected the test press records from a person who was working for HMV earlier. I got a few rare 78s from him like Gandhiji's speech, Arignar Anna and Thantahi Periyar's speech etc and couple for 78s used for Product advertisement etc like Gopal Palpodi, Toddy association of TN etc.
12-Inch 78 RPMs were collected from an old paper shop.

Gulzar's Meera is the next big one Vani Jayaram got in Hindi after Guddi - "Bole Re Papi Hara Papi Hara" by Vasant Desai.

Late Sitar Maestro Ravi Shankar has given wonderful music.
Vani got her Filmfare award for best playback singing
But the Film got vanished in the shadow of the success of then Angry young man's Mr. Natwarlal and Kaala Patthar.

Multi fold LP cover has many thing to read. Nice one from Philips/Polydor.

Anil kumar, you are right, there is a full story of Meera in caricature drawings in 3 pages!

And the sound stage of this vinyl is excellent.

Vani Jayaram has lovely voice. Pakeezah movie has good Thumri 'Mora saajan' by her.

I can't put a finger on it, but In my humble system I find something not right in Pakeezah vinyl recording. Songs are immensely enjoyable.

This one is her early STEREO records. [Note the STEREO Logo]. HMV changed this log by mid 70's.
MLV, mother of late actress Srividya , was one of the most sought out singer after MSS.
Her "Thirupavai" LP was also very popular like "Ragam Thanam Pallai".

Released by Thulaseevana Sangeetha Parishat, MG ROAD, TVM.
I need to find if they still exist,during my next visit to Trivandrum.

3.Child prodigy- Jazz Player AHMAD JAMAL [LP]. Recorded in 1960.

At the age of 84 he performed on July 5, 2014,Chowdaiah Memorial Hall,Bangalore.

Another LP from a kind soul who learnt of my passion. This Ventures LP, as the legend and the seals on the back cover suggest, was bought , in 1976 perhaps, from Archana Traders in Dhanvantri Road, in Mysore for a princely sum of 28 rupees !

1.Ente Nandinikutti [Malayalam.Music by Raveendran]
Songuzhayorazhagulla Pennu is an evergreen one. Wonderful melody in KJJ's velvet voice.

2. BAD - Whenever I get a Beatles, MJ record I just collect them without worrying about the copies already in possession. This helps me to reduce the overuse of a record.
All MJ LPs sound wonderful. Esp the "Billie Jean" from "Thriller" Album. What a recording....Only other format in which I could get almost same feel and punch is "Laser Disc". Also I love to watch the spiral pattern on the vinyl groove of "Billie Jean..while playing.... [Foot Note: Thanks to Daryl Hall & John Oates 's "I Can't Go for That (No Can Do)" for providing the needed inspiration to MJ for the Billie Jean Groove and Beats. If you have't already,just Listen to that Daryl's song.....]
This time it was MJ album BAD.

3. BUENAS NUEVAS- 8" Biblical. I remember father having a pile of such records during childhood days. A priest presented them to my father.

4. Dosti a 10" Rare. Angel record in good condition.

5. A rare record Label (Madras Records). Film: vanangamudi[1957]
