A forgotten legend - Timir Baran. The father of Indian symphony orchestra Who composed music for Uday Shankar’s ballet. Listen to this wonderful symphony (also a true audiophile recording) on Tagore’s theme if you are on Tidal. (YouTube link also given below, but preferably listen in FLAC if you have Tidal). It’s wonderful how the instruments fuse together. No lover of classical music (Indian or Western) should miss this.
