Received the BDP yesterday night. It has a new design style with one rounded corner. It was box packed with HDMI cable, remote and batteries.

Sunil you got it at a good price as the BDP is worth 7K or more.
Your settings for the initial 100-200 hours is fine. Occasionally use the break in slides for few hours, if possible ( I kept one whole night running 11pm to 7am). Regarding the zooming it should be done sometime so that there is no static image. Portion of the logo still appearing will not harm. Better still see few full size movie from USB so that it is without logo and no black strips (on top and bottom) of wide screen movies. So better download few old movies or play it from BDP.
So the mantra is no static images should be kept. So keep zooming, keep changing channels, watch full screen size movies, use break in slide whenever possible etc.
