Suggestion for avr to go with Taga harmony tav 606 v3 5.0

I am planning to upgrade my Onkyo 3400 HT Setup with the Taga harmony TAV606 Speakers using the same AVR Onkyo HT R390 5.1 .

Can you pls suggest me if this option will work fine . And pls suggest to any other Home Theather speaker for the Budget of 25 K

You will connect this bdp to AVR by HDMI which will then decode the audio. So bdp won't have to decode it. In any case, it supports dolby true hd and dts hd, as per specs. But just don't get a bdp on recommendation of sales person. It may not add anything for you at present, as you are playing downloaded files in laptop.

The 331 is the latest series, so go in for the 330 if available....check with a couple of dealers and negotiate a good price....

If music use is more than movies, ideally a Marantz would have been better but that's beyond your stated budget...if considering, look at the NR1506.

Yes practically almost most brands pair well with Marantz..the audyssey setup will take care of levels, tones etc....I assume you are referring to SR5014

if you have falls ceiling, then get polk rc80i ceiling speakers. They are total vfm and absolutely amazing as atmos speakers. If you dont have false ceiling, then get owm3 and paste them on ceiling with command strips. So, that you dont damage your ceilings.
