Hi All,

I have Seen Coherence Yesterday. Woww.. It is fantastic. The Movie starts slowly but once it gets into its groove it is fantastic. This is supposedly a very low budget film, but the story line is mind bending and it is expertly executed. Who ever likes movies on Alternate reality, Time paradox etc.. kind of themes can give this a try surely.

FURY ........ This movie is visually stunning, if you ask me I would probably put this right on top 3 all time war movie as far as visuals and technicalities is concerned. On a good Home Theatre like mine you will enjoy every bit of it. Needs a seriously power house of a woofer to compensate the tank bombing. The Tank battles are gruesome and very very tight and tensed. Where the movie lacks is the usual way of showing the only american POV and Germans become just another shoot m up baddies lining up to be killed. I dont like this approach. I dont know war history much but Germans were know to be experts in shrewdness and alertness. That is the reason I loved Black Hawk Down where even though the Americans were against just non trained, non soldiers common people, still they show how badly they screwed the american soldiers. They literally got their ass whipped in that movie. Same with Lone Ranger though I will say lone ranger was better than fury in that aspect.

Performance wise LeBeouf shows he can act, he is very good in this movie, rest character also play a decent role on give us that "Brothers in arms" feeling about the squad. Please do not watch this movie on a regular TV or worst laptop, you will not enjoy a single moment. This movie like Lone Ranger is made for HT. ..........7/10 for this one.

Saw Birdman: What the heck! Such good reviews and so much appreciation on-line but to me it was a drab. Norton is good but there's not much to do in this role! Looks the director and writer were pretty high on dope while making this. 1.5/5.

Kill the Messenger: Wonderful engaging movie. Jeremy Renner does a good job. Reminds you in part of The Insider where the agencies similarly hound a whistle blower. 3.5/5

Nightcrawler: Good acting by Jake. The movie is good but kinda predictive. Gyllenhaal is good and creepy as the role demands. A timepass movie and nothing else.

Predestination (2014) - IMDb - Finally caught up with it and yes everyone is right... I never saw that twist coming, not even in my wildest dreams. And what a twist... everything about the movie makes sense at that moment and even makes you revisit it in your mind to unravel different layers.

One movie that I've watched multiple times is Identity (2003) - IMDb, simply because its so multi layered and makes you realize that you did not catch that the last time you saw it... and now Predestination is another fine addition.
