The Movies I Liked

@shreeux - How do you manage to see so many movies? :) Your movie count/week exceeds the # of days in a week :ohyeah: You are a TRUE movie buff

Shreeux, this is a thread of the movies you liked and not the movies you watched. If we all start putting movies that are bad it will clutter the thread unnecessarily.

Yep I told him the same thing, few pages back, but the flood, kept coming:lol:

Have you also watched

The Body (2012) - IMDb

A detective searches for the body of a femme fatale which has gone missing from a morgue. The Body (El Cuerpo) is a Spanish murder mystery thriller that kept me guessing right till the end. And I say that with a straight face. It had a lot of plot twists.

Yes bro......Awesome movies........:)

2016 has been the worst year in movies imo, below average comic book adaptations, sequels to movies no one asked for and sub-par cliche'd productions.
Zootopia was probably the best one I watched this year and that was a kids movie, looking forward to Arrival and Doctor Strange though.

Other than the one's you have mentioned, there are at-least a dozen very good movies to watch.. In-fact not to miss out on it..

Martian
Revenant
Danish Girl
Eye in the sky
Colonia

to name a few..

Lol you sound like someone from Karagarga.
And yes I do scour the internet for good movies in general but the past 2 years have been pretty weak nonetheless.

Already watched...:)

Asghar Farhadi's movies all watched...Awaiting for The Salesman (2016) for good print.
Except Beautiful City (2004) & Dancing in the Dust (2003) soon will watch this...

Dancing in the Dust (2003)
Beautiful City (2004)

Both film watched today..Good one is Beautiful City.

Based on true story of Lyudmila Pavlichenko was a Ukrainian Soviet sniper during World War II Credited with 309 kills including 36 enemy snipers.

The film brings out the toughness of Lyudmila well and her confusion when she is out of the war zone might well be shared by some of the audience. direction and cinematography is excellent with imagery that is both beautiful and yet destructive because of the war time settings.
