The quest for a stereo setup

With Yamaha AS1000 amp and cdp. Sounded good but lacks bass as pointed by many on this fourm.

It may sound weak bass in the show room . But given the size of your room Ikon 6 at moderate volume will give the required punch. If you go for full blast it results boomy with AS 500. Pair it with NAD 375 BEE , if affordable 375 is best. It will take the juice out of Ikon 6.
